Imam Asjad is currently serving as the Head Imam of Bilal Masjid Trust, Greenford, where he has been serving faithfully for 8 years. Known for his ability to connect deeply with the youth and wider society, he combines traditional scholarship with a modern, relatable approach to teaching. His weekly programs, Qur'an classes, and seminars have helped hundreds of students develop not only the ability to read and understand the Qur'an, but also a stronger sense of faith and purpose in their lives.
Moulana Asjad began his Islamic journey in the Wimbledon area, where he spent his early years. He completed his Hifz of the Holy Qur'an at Darul Uloom London and went on to pursue advanced Islamic studies and later the seven Qirā'āt at Darul Uloom Azaadville (Madrassah Arabia Islamia) in South Africa.
Beyond his local responsibilities, Imam Asjad has travelled widely to deliver lectures, engage in da'wah work, and take part in Islamic programs around the world. He continues to dedicate his life to spreading knowledge, building faith, and serving the community with sincerity. His vision for the future is to expand his outreach, inspire the next generation of Muslims, and make Islamic scholarship accessible, practical, and relevant to people in all walks of life.
